This is the working list from the product, not a marketing summary. Each rule tests one claim against one source and states a fact.

Business registry

ARES and EU business registries

employer.not_found_in_registry
The employer named on the CV is not in the register that covers it.
employer.founded_after_claim_start
The company was registered after the date the candidate says they started there.

Domain registration

RDAP

domain.registered_after_claim_start
The employer's domain was registered after the claimed start date.
domain.younger_than_threshold
The domain is younger than the threshold set for this ruleset version.

Web archive

Public web archive

domain.no_archive_snapshot_in_period
No archived snapshot of the employer's site exists inside the claimed period.

Internal consistency

The CV itself

cv.period_reversed
An end date falls before its own start date.
cv.claim_period_in_future
A claimed period lies in the future.
cv.overlapping_employment
Two full time roles overlap in time.
cv.concurrent_employments_excessive
More full time roles run at once in the same month than the set threshold.
cv.gap_between_employments
There is a gap between two roles longer than the set threshold.
cv.employers_share_registry_id
Two differently named employers on the CV share the same registry ID.
cv.employers_share_domain
Two different employers on the CV share the same domain.
reference.company_is_another_claimed_employer
The reference's company is the same as another employer the candidate claims on the same CV.

Document metadata

The CV file

cv.created_after_application_received
The document was created after the application was received.
cv.modified_before_created
The document reports a modification date earlier than its creation date.

Mail infrastructure

DNS and public disposable domain lists

email.domain_has_no_mx
The email domain cannot receive mail.
email.domain_is_disposable
The email domain is a known disposable mail provider.
email.domain_younger_than_threshold
The email domain is younger than the threshold.

Phone numbering

Public numbering plans

phone.country_mismatch_with_claimed_residence
The number belongs to a country other than the claimed country of residence.

Reference's company

reference.company_not_found_in_registry
The reference's company named by the candidate is not in the register that covers it.
reference.company_founded_after_claim_start
The reference's company was registered after the date the candidate says the reference worked there.

Reference's email domain

DNS and public disposable domain lists

reference.email_domain_has_no_mx
The reference's email domain cannot receive mail.
reference.email_domain_is_disposable
The reference's email domain is a known disposable mail provider.
reference.email_domain_is_free_provider
The reference, who is meant to speak for the company, uses a free public email provider, not the company's domain.
reference.email_domain_registered_after_claim_start
The reference's email domain was registered after the date the candidate says the reference started there.
reference.email_domain_mismatch_with_employer_domain
The reference's email domain does not match the domain of the company they're meant to speak for.

Insurance record

Document uploaded by the candidate

statement.claimed_period_not_covered
The claimed period is not fully covered by the insurance record the candidate uploaded themselves.
statement.employer_name_not_in_statement
The employer's name does not appear in the insurance record.
statement.claimed_period_shorter_in_statement
The matching employer's period in the insurance record is shorter than the candidate claims.
statement.covered_without_claim
The insurance record covers a period at an employer the candidate does not claim on the CV at all.
statement.signature_integrity_broken
The signed part of the uploaded record does not match the signature on it, so the file has changed since it was signed.

Right to work

The document the candidate supplies. There is no public register an employer can query.

workpermit.expired_before_claimed_start
The document expires before the date the candidate says they would start.
workpermit.expires_soon_after_claimed_start
The document expires within the set number of days after the claimed start date.

Education

The register of accredited higher education institutions and programmes

education.institution_not_in_register
The stated school is not among the public and state higher education institutions in the register.
education.program_not_accredited_in_claimed_period
The school existed only after the period the candidate says they studied there.

Rule thresholds are stored in versioned data, not in code, so a report written a year ago can be reproduced with the rules that were in force at the time.
