This page covers the Candora website. Processing inside the product is governed by the data processing agreement signed with each customer, and the security review pack is available on request.

The interactive demo runs entirely in your browser on sample data. No CV is uploaded and no account is created. The only thing the demo can send anywhere is the work email you type into the form at the end of it, which is covered by the paragraph on forms below.

The CV review tool is the one page that receives a file. The PDF is parsed in memory inside the request, the text is discarded once the five checks are done, and neither the file nor the text is ever written to disk or to a database. No account is created and no employer sees the result.

When you submit a form, we process the name, work email, company and the content you write, for the sole purpose of replying to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and your agreement where the form asks for it.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and there is no tracking pixel on any page.

Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, a tool that stores no cookie, identifies no visitor, and whose script is served from our own domain.
