Candora is Czech verification software for hiring. We store candidate data in the EU.
Who we are
We know hiring from practice. We hired IT specialists as senior recruiters, ran operations at a fintech startup, and ran operations and HR for an international organisation with more than 380 people in 40 countries. We know candidate checks from both sides: as the people hiring and as the people accountable for the choice.
Why Candora exists
Classic screening costs EUR 90 to 160 per candidate according to public price lists (September 2026), so it runs only on the finalist. Yet the facts in every other application can be checked against public registers. Candora does that for every application, before the interview.
Every finding names its source, the time of the query and the rule that produced it. When anyone asks why, you have the answer.
A Czech company
We are based in Prague. Contracts, invoices and support are available in Czech and English.
Data in the EU
The database, file storage and the app run in the EU. Who processes the data is listed on the Security page.
