From application to decision.
Every step is recorded in the event log. You can walk through them yourself on a sample CV; the tour in the app takes a minute.
Applications
Applications come from StartupJobs, from Greenhouse or by email to the job's dedicated address. Candora accepts a forwarded application only if the email passed sender verification. You can also upload a CV manually.
Checks from the CV
Companies and universities from the CV are checked against registers. When a register can't find a company, the line reads "cannot be verified", not "matches" or "doesn't match". The summary shows how many of the listed companies the register confirmed.
Documents from the candidate
Send one link by email, in Czech or English. The candidate uploads extracts from their phone, with no account and no app. If the email can't be delivered, Candora tells you straight away.
Checks on the individual
You turn on checks on the individual only for a position with a reason, for example the insolvency register, the EU sanctions list or company officer roles. The candidate gets an email about them and can decline. A match on the sanctions list gets a yellow label.
Report and decision
The report shows matches and mismatches with their source. The decision is recorded with a name and a time. It can only be changed with a reason, and the change stays visible in Activity.
After hiring
A hired candidate moves to Deadlines, where you enter their document expiry dates. You can also add employees who weren't hired through Candora.
Integrations
You pull data into your own system through the API, with a key valid for 90 days or one year. Every read of a candidate's data is logged.
Team
You invite colleagues with a role, and each role lists what it allows. Only the account owner or someone with decision-making rights decides on a candidate's objection.
