The registers answer.

Candora checks the companies on a CV against public registers, such as ARES for Czech companies and the Register of Legal Entities for Slovak ones, and universities against the list kept by the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT). Every answer shows the time of the query.

The candidate uploads documents from their phone.

With one link and no account, they upload, for example, a record of insurance periods from the Czech Social Security Administration (ČSSZ), a criminal record extract or proof of education. Candora compares the ČSSZ extract with the CV and verifies the seal on the others.

All expiry dates in one overview.

After hiring, the new employee moves to Deadlines. You enter document expiry dates, such as the residence permit or Code 95. You can also add employees who weren't hired through Candora.

We send only company names to the registers, not the candidate's name. The exception is a check on the individual that you turn on for a position, with a reason. Then the name goes only to state registers, and it is checked against the EU sanctions list in our own copy.

Documents

Only what you need from the extract.

The candidate uploads an extract and Candora takes from it only the data needed for the check; from a criminal record extract, only the seal and the date. Extracts are not stored. Candora keeps only the CV, so it stays on the candidate's profile; from the proof of education, only the school, field and dates.

We delete a candidate's data 180 days after the recruitment process ends, unless your company sets a different period. The database itself keeps each company's data separate, so one company can't see another's.

The candidate's name
