Classic screening checks one finalist. Candora checks the facts in every application. Neither replaces the other.
When it runs
Screening on the finalist, often after the offer. Candora on every application, before the first interview.
How it checks
Screening often asks former employers, schools or referees, so it waits for people to reply. Candora uses public registers and documents the candidate uploads. It does not contact anyone on its own.
What it shows
Candora shows whether a company on the CV is in the register and whether a university is on the Ministry of Education list. That the candidate actually worked at the company is shown by the Czech social security record of insurance periods, which the candidate uploads and Candora compares with the CV.
What it costs
Screening costs EUR 90 to 160 per candidate according to public price lists as of September 2026. Candora Pro costs CZK 3,900 per month per account, not per candidate.
