Candora inside Claude.
Candora is verification software for hiring: it checks the companies and universities on a CV against public registers and gives a source for every finding. Add it to Claude as an MCP connector and work with positions, applications and reports right in the conversation.
How to connect
You need a Candora account and Claude on any plan, including Free (which allows one custom connector). On Team or Enterprise plans, an owner of your Claude organization adds the connector.
Add the connector in Claude
In Claude, open Customize, Connectors and click Add custom connector. Paste this address.

Claude sends you to Candora. After you sign in, the owner of your company account approves the connection.
Ask in Claude
Claude then works with your positions and applications and gives a source for every finding.
You can revoke access at any time in the app under Settings, API keys.
What Claude can do
Four kinds of action. Confirming and deleting only on your explicit instruction.

| Confirm | Confirm data from the CV, only when you explicitly ask. It is recorded under your name. |
| Delete | Delete a candidate, only on your explicit instruction and after confirming the candidate's id. Deletion cannot be undone. |
A person decides about a candidate.
The connector has no tool to hire or reject a candidate and does not turn the report into a rating or recommendation. A decision about a person must not be made automatically (Art. 22 GDPR), so you make it in the app.
Sign-in
Claude never gets your password. It only gets an access key valid for one hour, which renews itself and can be revoked at any time.
Where the data is
In Candora it stays in the EU as before. What Claude receives from Candora is processed by Anthropic under your agreement with them.
Test data for now
Until the transfer terms are settled, the connector works with test data only, not with real candidates' data.
